It was an early start for the young reds to be in Donegal Town for a 9:30am kick off, and this might have been a factor with how they allowed Daithi McMullin to put the home side ahead on 11 minutes.

However, Drumoghill were soon fully awake and responded instantly thanks to a double strike from Joe McGonigle within a few minutes to take the lead.

Harry Browne then extended that lead as Drumoghill began to dominate, before Danny Doherty struck to leave the visitors 4-1 ahead at the interval.

Jack Meehan then made it 5-1 midway through the second half before Cillian Martin completed the scoring.
Drumoghill impressed all over the pitch today despite missing a few regulars that were unavailable.
