DRUMOGHILL 1-2 CASTLEFIN CELTIC
Noah Gordon and Ben O'Donnell were on target for the U12s in tonight, but it wasn't enough as our Division 2 side lost narrowly to Castlefin Celtic.

Drumoghill battled hard in search of an equaliser after Noah's goal had reduced the deficit to the minimum with 10 minutes to go, but the visitors held on to clinch the points.
Castlefin had raced into a two goal lead inside the first 15 minutes, but Drumoghill grabbed a lifeline just before half time when Ben O'Donnell reduced the deficit.
The second half began with both teams pressing for the next goal and it was Castlefin that got it 10 minutes after the restart to give themselves breathing space.
Drumoghill though never gave up and were rewarded for their efforts with 10 minutes to go when Noah Gordon finished well from a direct free kick.
Noah's goal set up a frantic finish with both teams going end to end in search of another goal. Harry Wilson did well to save twice from good openings for the visitors and Drumoghill always looked threatening, but Castlefin held on for the win despite a late chance for Drumoghill.
A very tight and entertaining contest between two evenly matched teams - well done both sides and to Stephen Hegarty for officiating.
