U12 Dynamos lose at Castlefin
2 Sept 2026
Castlefin Celtic 5-1 Drumoghill
Our Dynamos were back in action this evening away to Castlefinn but lost out on the night.
Castlefinn started the stronger of the two teams and took the lead after 10 minutes. They added two more goals before half-time to make it 3–0.
The Dynamos pulled one back just before the break when Noah Gordon calmly converted a penalty to make it 3–1.
The Dynamos came out much stronger in the second half, but were caught on the break as Castlefinn added a fourth. With time running out, they grabbed a fifth to seal a 5–1 victory.
It just wasn't the Dynamos' night, but the players kept battling until the final whistle.
Thank you to Castlefinn and their coach, Emmet, for hosting, and to Paddy McCauley for officiating the match.
