At the end of each season at their presentation function, the Donegal League will acknowledge the achievements of that season's outstanding team manager by awarding them their Manager of the Year trophy.
At the end of the 1994/1995 season, the award went to Danny McConnell, whose Drumoghill team won the double of Donegal League Premier Division and the Sportsman Cup (currently known as the Brian McCormick Cup).
Having never won any of these trophies previously, it was a ground-breaking season for the club.
Danny's prize was richly deserved and he is pictured here with Chris Ashmore who presented him with his trophy.
