Late strikes from Dylan Brolly and ex-Drumoghill player Keelin Bogle were enough to settle the outcome in a tight game in Division 1 at Drumineney.
With the scores level at 1-1 in the 73rd minute, Brolly found time and space in the penalty area and fired home from 10 yards to put his side ahead before substitute extended his sides lead on 83 minutes to seal victory.
Brolly's goal was the turning point for the home side in a game in which the visitors had just started to get control of having equalised in the 58th minute through Niall McCrossan.
Injury-hit Drumoghill were trailing at that point thanks to Zak Brolly' opener in the 27th minutes which gave Raphoe Town a half time lead.
Raphoe were the stronger team in that first half, but Drumoghill started brightly in the second half and deserved their equaliser when it arrived through McCrossan.
The next goal was always going to be crucial and it was the home side that got it through Dylan Brolly's 73rd minute strike.
Drumoghill did have a goal ruled out for an innocuous-looking challenge and did their best to find an equaliser, but their race was run on 83 minutes when Bogle put the game beyond their reach.
